We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chantecaille purchase. If for any reason you are not content, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original botanical packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our laboratory inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
